Beside porcupine satay, the menu includes labi-labi (turtle) and satay, rabbit satay, lizard satay, goat satay, swike (frog legs), gule, soto babat, and rawon with a price tag starting from Rp30,000. You can visit them at Jalan Raya Bugis, Pakis, Malang, daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Unconventional in its approach, it’s known as “Trash Rice” due to its diverse and “scattered” ingredients such as shredded chicken, cabbage, bean sprouts, and noodles. The dish is also served in large portions resembling a heap of ‘trash’. But don’t let the name fool you, because it’s ridiculously tasty!
