We waited an hour next to the street at night for the car to bring us to the cabin despite informing the team in advance of our arrival time. Despite this, the receptionist did his best to assist. There was no suitable breakfast so we had to order in and no barrister to make tea/coffee. Then we started getting reminders to be out of our rooms a half hour before check out with a further reminder of penalties for late check out. We have a transfer booked so we had fully intended to be out at 12h00 but there was no courtesy shown for the inconvenience of the wait at check in

sangat disayangkan utk staff nya yang tidak detail atas informasinya, lampu yang padam dan air yang mati juga selama 2 jam hingga di dalam cabin yang sangat panas dan pengap dan air tidak menyala.

Seru banget buat healing, sayangnya pas sampai air panas buat bathtub lagi nggk bisa di pakai. Tapi ttp rekom kok kalau mau mencari ketenangan

The place is great, beautiful view, tranquil, and the staff are nice and attentive. The only challange is the access from the main gate to the lobby. Too stip and dangerous for drivers. Although they provided a shuttle service, but it was not as flexible as we drive (park) our own car in front of lobby. Overall 9/10
