1. Tegallalang Rice Terrace
It wouldn't be complete if you visited Bali without seeing and walking along the rice terraces in Ubud. One of the most beautiful and popular rice terraces in Bali is in the Tegallalang area.
The use of the subak irrigation system, which has been passed down through generations, is the main factor in Bali's stunning rice terrace scenery.

2. Goa Gajah
Contrary to the name, you will not find elephants when visiting the following tourist attractions. Goa Gajah is a cave that was once used as a place for monks to meditate.
It is said that Goa Gajah has existed for hundreds of years. This place is called Gajah because it comes from the word "Lwa Gajah," which means a hermitage for monks.
3. Ayung River
For those of you who want to do adrenaline-filled activities, you really have to try whitewater rafting on the Ayung River in Ubud.
Whitewater rafting on the Ayung River is very suitable for beginners, so you don't need to be afraid if this is your first time doing rafting. It's interesting to note that the river walls have traditional Balinese carvings on them when you're in the middle of the river.
4. Petulu Village
Petulu Village is the main location for those of you who want to observe the habitat of storks in Bali, also known as Kokoan.
This bird is believed by the local community to be Ida Bhatara's bodyguard at the local temple and also to protect the village from various pests that attack the rice fields. There are at least thousands of Kokoan birds that you can see in this village.
5. Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal
Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal is a temple located in the southwest part of the Ubud Monkey Forest area. It is thought to have existed since the year 1350 AD. This temple was built as a form of worship for Lord Shiva.
Until now, this temple has been used as a place of prayer and ceremonies for Hindus in Bali. To be able to visit Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal, you only need to pay the Ubud Monkey Forest entrance fee.
