Each day you go through could feel a little duller. Each sigh you let out will sound heavier than usual. Each step you take only brings you closer to a burnout.

One thing to note, though, is that all your exhaustion is entirely valid. You see, it is undoubtedly a humane thing to get tired from sitting in front of your office desk, switching from tasks to tasks without having enough time to catch a proper break. Worst case, you might even find yourself drowning in the sea of anxiety. So, really, there’s definitely no shame in admitting that hustle life might not always be your forte.
